I have been working as a professional coach since 2007, in addition to my role as an engineer and consultant.
This dual activity enables me to remain fully engaged in the evolution of corporate life, management practices, and professions.
In other words, it prevents me from becoming a coach disconnected from operational reality.

Over my 15 years of coaching experience, I've developed the « GROW » method, based on four pillars.
1 – Grounding
The first pillar is our grounding, our life insurance.
In an increasingly complex, chaotic, fast-paced, unpredictable, harsh, and changing world, it is crucial to be firmly rooted.
This is the only way to remain standing during the storms that pass through our lives.
2 – Realization
The second pillar represents the purpose of the guidance.
It leads towards awareness, sparks ideas, considers solutions, and inspires our decisions for change.
It illuminates our path towards a better version of ourselves, strengthening our confidence and awareness.
This pillar leads to the concrete and progressive achievement of our goals, enabling us to fully realize ourselves.
3 – Ownership
The third pillar aims to fully acknowledge the journey we have traversed.
It involves working towards our autonomy by integrating the new skills acquired, so as to have the ability to effectively leverage them in our daily lives, without the assistance of our coach.
4 – Wholeness
The fourth and last pillar leads to a state of being complete, integrated, and balanced in all aspects of our life, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.
It involves recognizing and honoring the interconnectedness of these different parts of ourselves and striving for alignment and harmony among them.
It entails fostering self-awareness, self-acceptance, and authenticity, as well as cultivating resilience and well-being.
It involves exploring and integrating all aspects of our identity, values, beliefs, strengths, and experiences to lead a fulfilling and purposeful life.
We simultaneously explore and develop these four pillars, as they mutually reinforce each other.

In terms of team coaching, I offer dedicated support to entrepreneurs during half-day or full-day workshops.

Any other forms of collective support such as organizational diagnosis or the creation of a shared strategic vision are specific and personalized. They are part of an initial stage of co-construction of the intervention in partnership with the company.

In your office
What is the duration and the cost of the coaching ?
The first individual coaching session lasts 90 minutes and costs 70 USD for private individuals, and 200 USD for companies, excluding applicable taxes if any.
During this session, we review your current situation, define tangible goals you want to achieve, and begin the work. You experience firsthand my coaching approach.
At the end of the first session, we mutually confirm our willingness to continue the coaching.
